These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 10win platform, including all gaming products, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support. 10win accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Transfer, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank Transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time without prior notice.
The minimum single deposit amount is Rs500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 10win, though your payment provider's own limits may apply. 10win does not charge any transaction fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside 10win's control.
Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 10win does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, the deposit will be reversed, the Account may be suspended, and the matter may be investigated under 10win's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts separate from 10win's operational funds, in accordance with international gaming licence standards for player fund protection.
Users may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their 10win wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs500.
